Moongate Community

One of the Vancouver area’s most desirable neighborhoods was looking to tell the story of the community and draw interest to the opportunity to build there. We opted to go against the flow of real estate marketing and build a dreamy, rich visual environment where people could begin to see and feel the ambiance and not have it look like everything else out there.

The client approved us to hire a helicopter to fly over the neighborhood and capture the water, sunsets, and allow people a bird’s-eye view of what’s really there so that they didn’t have to visualize it in their heads. This site is the result.
